Introduction

Suprmarket was conceived as a lightweight commerce platform for emerging D2C brands looking to establish a professional online presence without the complexity of managing a full e-commerce website. The platform combined branded storefronts, product discovery, social links, and QR-powered customer acquisition into a single unified experience.

Challenge

Many growing brands struggle with fragmented customer journeys spread across Instagram, WhatsApp, marketplaces, payment links, and standalone websites. This fragmentation creates friction, weakens brand identity, and makes it difficult for customers to discover products or complete purchases. The challenge was to create a simple system that centralized a brand's digital presence while remaining easy to manage and affordable for small businesses.

Solution

I designed and developed a platform that allowed brands to create customizable storefront pages, showcase products, connect social channels, and leverage QR codes for offline marketing campaigns. The experience was optimized for mobile users and focused on reducing the number of steps required for customers to discover, engage with, and purchase from a brand. The platform also provided brands with a self-service onboarding experience and centralized management tools.

Outcome

The project successfully validated the concept of simplifying digital presence management for D2C businesses and demonstrated how QR-driven acquisition could bridge offline and online customer journeys. It provided valuable insights into consumer discovery behavior, product presentation, and lightweight commerce experiences, while serving as a foundation for future product and marketing initiatives.
